Is your organization moving to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5? Do you need to learn its new advanced functionality such as core virtualization, yum package management, NetworkManager, and disk encryption? Or perhaps, are you a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) who wants to re-certify on version 5?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, Red Hat is pleased to offer the following new update and re-certification courses.
Intended for RHCEs with broad Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 and/or 4 experience this course, based on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 beta release, provides a thorough hands-on introduction of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5. The course also includes the RHCE exam on the fourth day allowing RHCEs to re-certify their RHCE on version 5.
Note: This course is for RHCEs only. Non-RHCEs who possess real-world Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 and/or 4 experience along with RHCE-level skills and who are interested in learning about new Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 functionality should consider RHUP 305.
This course offers the same lecture, lab, and hands-on learning as RHUP304 without the RHCE exam on the fourth day. This course is intended for:
